LP-Series Augers work well in harder, drier digging conditions and compact soils. The combination of wide outside teeth and inside chisel teeth work well together as digging gets tougher. Heat treated alloy steel boring heads and a wide variety of teeth and points are available. LP-Series augers are recommended for use on BP-150, BP-210 and BP-230 planetary gear units, the CL-Series auger units when used in tougher conditions, and certain backhoe loader applications.
