GET TO KNOW THE TYPHOONThe Typhoon line of mowers feature direct spindle drive hubs and the option of either gear drive or radial piston motor. These provide power to the strong diamond shaped T1 grain-controlled steel blade carrier and two 12lb flail blades. The 1/2" Lexan Protective viewing shield provides excellent visibility for the operator.
UNDER THE HOODThe Typhoon 60" Clearing Mower is powered by a USA made Permco gear drive or radial piston motor and a heat treated spindle drive hub. Machine flow of 18-40 GPM required. A removable blade cover allows for enclosed or open cutting.
DESIGNED FOR STRENGTHConstructed of A572 Grade 50 high strength steel and a fully welded chassis. It uses 3"x4" tubing and 1/4" reinforced decking, all fully integrated and welded into the mounting plate. This robust design allows maximum transfer of force and lets the user to use the mower to push and power through tough jobs. AR500 Skid Shoes allow the user to mow right across the ground as well without fear of damaging the frame.
